Industrial maintenance outsourcing for a fixed monthly fee
Industrial maintenance outsourcing means we look after your machinery day to day. We monitor its condition online, diagnose faults, and lubricate and service it to an agreed programme – all for one fixed monthly fee.
When you need it
- Your plant has no in-house maintenance department, or you want to take the load off your team and cut maintenance costs.
- Bearing or linear guide failures stop production, and you only find out the cause after the event.
- Maintenance shutdowns are scheduled ‘just in case’ rather than based on the machines’ actual condition.
- Maintenance costs change from month to month and are hard to budget for.
- Diagnostics, lubrication and linear motion systems are handled by different contractors, and you would rather have one provider and one contract.
What we do
Online condition monitoring
We fit IoT sensors for remote monitoring to selected machines, such as wireless Schaeffler OPTIME units or SmartCheck systems. Installation and start-up are straightforward.
Remote diagnostics and vibration analysis
We analyse the sensor data, including vibration, through a remote condition analysis service (ConditionAnalyzer). Upcoming servicing and maintenance needs often show up several weeks in advance.
Automatic lubrication
At lubrication points that need regular greasing, we install automatic lubricators such as CONCEPT 8. Nobody has to go round re-greasing each point by hand.
Linear motion systems
Linear guides and other linear motion components are covered by the same maintenance programme as the rest of your machinery.
Planned servicing and maintenance
Our service technicians and engineers carry out the work set out in the contract. We plan maintenance and repairs on the basis of monitoring data to shorten downtime caused by breakdowns and servicing.
Maintenance programme and fixed fee
We draw up a maintenance programme for your plant with a detailed scope of work. The contract sets out what we take over and the fixed monthly fee, so you can plan spending and investment.
How it works
- 1
Enquiry: you submit the form on this page. Our sales team usually replies within one working day, by phone or email.
- 2
Needs analysis: we visit your plant and discuss with you where ongoing support makes sense. We then agree the next steps, including how implementation will run and what it will cost.
- 3
Proposal: we select a diagnostic system, propose regular servicing and technical support and, where needed, point out critical spots that require replacement or maintenance.
- 4
Installation and set-up: we install the diagnostic system and the components included in our quote quickly and with minimal intervention in your machines. We then agree how the work is organised and assign tasks to the responsible teams.
- 5
Ongoing monitoring and support: our service technicians and engineers carry out the contracted work. Remote condition analysis often flags servicing, maintenance and repair needs several weeks ahead.
What you get
- A maintenance programme tailored to your plant and a contract that clearly defines the scope of work we take over.
- A fixed monthly fee, so maintenance costs and investment can be planned.
- Notice of upcoming maintenance and repairs, often several weeks in advance, so you schedule downtime instead of reacting to breakdowns.
- Shorter downtime caused by breakdowns and maintenance, and less pressure on your own team.
Frequently asked questions
How much does industrial maintenance outsourcing cost?
You pay a fixed monthly fee set by the maintenance programme we draw up for your plant. Tell us about your machines and current maintenance set-up in your enquiry, and we will put the figure in our quote.
Are sensors, lubricants and spare parts included in the monthly fee?
It depends on the programme, which we put together for each plant individually. Tell us in your enquiry what you want the fee to cover, and our quote will set out exactly what is included.
How quickly do you respond to a breakdown?
We state the response time in our quote, once we know your plant. Online monitoring, however, often reveals servicing needs several weeks ahead, so part of the work is planned before a failure occurs.
Can you take over only some machines or part of the work?
Yes. The scope is agreed individually, and the contract sets out exactly which machines and tasks we take over. Your own team can carry on with the rest.
Which countries do you cover?
We work throughout Poland and in Germany. Site visits, installation and servicing take place at your plant, while machine condition is monitored remotely.
