Automatic lubricators – selection, installation and commissioning
We select, install and commission automatic lubricators on industrial machinery, so bearings receive grease or oil without the line being stopped. Every project starts with an on-site survey of your lubrication points.

What we do
On-site lubrication survey
We visit your plant and inspect the points that are to be lubricated automatically. We check where a lubricator will fit and whether it can work reliably there, and agree what you expect from the system. That forms the basis for selection and the quotation.
Lubricator and lubricant selection
We choose from the Schaeffler CONCEPT range (CONCEPT1, CONCEPT2, CONCEPT4 and CONCEPT8): a simple single-point unit or a more extensive multi-point system. We select the lubricant by calculation, taking into account bearing type and load, speed, temperature and operating conditions.
Delivery or installation and commissioning
The system is configured before dispatch. We either ship it to your site or install and commission it for you. Either way, we train the staff you nominate to operate it.
Remote-monitored lubrication with OPTIME C1
The OPTIME C1 smart lubricator connects via NFC on a plug-and-play basis and communicates over a mesh network. You see the status of every lubrication point in the mobile app or the web dashboard of OPTIME Digital Service, with a gateway sending data over a mobile (SIM) connection or Ethernet. Its electric pump delivers up to 10 bar and the battery is replaceable.
Cartridges and your own grease
Empty, reusable cartridges are also available for CONCEPT units; you fill them with a standard grease gun and a suitable adapter – with Arcanol or another manufacturer's grease. CONCEPT1 cartridges for OPTIME C1 can likewise be filled with Arcanol or a grease of your choice.
Engineering support
We support you at every stage of the project: choosing lubrication accessories, reducing component wear and introducing Industry 4.0 applications. Linked to condition monitoring, the lubricators become part of one connected system that supports your maintenance work.

How much do automatic lubricators and the site survey cost?
We do not publish a price list – the cost depends on the number of points, the system chosen and the scope of work. Describe your situation in the form: our sales team usually replies within one working day and agrees the terms of the survey with you. The system quotation is based on the survey.
Where do you carry out work?
We work throughout Poland and in Germany. Surveys, installation and commissioning take place at your plant, and we can also ship a configured system to your address.
Single-point or multi-point lubrication – which do I need?
It depends on how many lubrication points you have, where they are and what you expect. A single-point unit is simpler and cheaper, while a multi-point system supplies several points from one device. We confirm the choice after the survey.
Can I use a grease other than Arcanol?
Yes. You fill empty, reusable CONCEPT cartridges yourself with a standard grease gun and a suitable adapter – including with greases outside the Arcanol range. The same applies to CONCEPT1 cartridges for OPTIME C1.
Which lubrication points are automatic lubricators suitable for?
Bearings in housings and linear guides that need regular relubrication. During the survey we check whether a particular point is suitable and where the lubricator will fit.
