Delivery and payment
We ship by courier and to parcel lockers, within Poland and across the European Union. Below are the rates and lead times that apply in this shop.

All prices are net — VAT is added on the invoice at the rate applicable to your country.

We ship from Poland, from within the European Union — no customs, no import charges anywhere in the single market. Transit time adds to the lead time of the goods: an item from our own warehouse ordered before 2 p.m. leaves the same day.
We answer in English and Polish. Technical questions about bearing selection, cross-references and housing fit are welcome before you order — that is cheaper for both of us than a return.
Lead times
- Goods from our own warehouse: orders placed before 2 p.m. on a working day ship the same day.
- Goods brought in from the manufacturer: the lead time is shown on the product page, typically around 10 working days. When the manufacturer provides specific delivery dates, we show them.
- Orders containing items from both groups ship complete by default. If you need a partial shipment, note it in the order comments.
Payment
- Bank transfer based on the order confirmation — we ship once the payment is credited.
- Business customers with an approved credit limit pay by transfer with deferred terms and the goods leave immediately.
- Every order is invoiced with VAT — we do not sell against receipts.
Online payments (card, instant transfer) are in preparation. Until then, the transfer details are included in your order confirmation.
