Bearing maintenance training: mounting, lubrication, failure analysis
We run bearing maintenance training for plant engineering, assembly and production teams: mounting and dismounting, lubrication, failure analysis and more. Each course is built around your company's needs, your goals and what your people already know.
When you need it
- Bearings in your machines fail early and you want your team to find the root cause rather than simply swap parts.
- New fitters have joined your maintenance department and need hands-on practice fitting and removing bearings with the right tools.
- You are moving to automatic lubricators or want to put bearing lubrication across your plant on a sounder footing.
- Your lines run linear guides or belt drives, and you want fitting, measurement and component selection done with confidence.
- You want technicians and engineers to share the same grounding in bearing selection, internal clearance and life calculation.
What we do
Mounting and dismounting rolling bearings
Hands-on sessions backed by theory: how to fit and remove a bearing without damage and which auxiliary tools to use. How a bearing is mounted largely determines how long it lasts.
Bearing fundamentals
Lubrication, internal clearance, load distribution and operating life, followed by bearing selection and calculation. Participants follow the whole path from choosing a bearing to replacing it.
Bearing failures and diagnostics
Tracing why bearings fail and how to improve their operating conditions, with an overview of current methods and tools for bearing analysis. Vibration analysis and condition monitoring can be added.
Greases and lubrication
Choosing greases, lubricating rolling bearings and working with automatic lubricators.
Linear technology
Selection and properties of linear components, then measuring and mounting them in the practical part.
Belt drives and self-aligning bearing units
Fitting pulleys and belts with suitable tools; V-belts, timing belts, ribbed belts and variable-speed belts, pulley selection and ratio calculation. Also covered: types and uses of self-aligning bearing units.
How it works
- 1
Send us an enquiry through the form on this page: who needs training, on what topic and where.
- 2
Our sales team usually replies within one working day, by phone or in writing, and asks about your machines, goals and the participants' current knowledge.
- 3
We agree the scope, format (individual or group) and venue – our training centre in Poland or your site – and send you a quote.
- 4
Once you accept, we run the course: theory alternating with demonstrations and real-life examples.
What you get
- A team that fits and removes bearings with the right tools and understands how that affects bearing life.
- A programme matched to your company's needs and to what participants already know.
- People who can read bearing damage, narrow down the cause and help stop the same failure recurring.
- Maintenance tasks carried out faster and more safely, often at lower cost.
Frequently asked questions
Can the training take place at our site?
Yes. Most courses run at our own training centre in Poland, but on request we deliver on-site training at your plant.
Are we limited to the topics listed here?
No, the topics on this page are examples. We set the scope according to what your team actually needs, for one person or a whole group.
How much does a course cost and how long does it last?
Both depend on the topic, the number of participants and the venue, so we state them in the quote. In your enquiry, tell us who needs training, on which topic and where.
Where do you run training?
Across Poland and in Germany – at our training centre or on site at your plant. We agree the details, including the course language, before sending the quote.
Is the training theoretical or hands-on?
Both. Theory on clearance, load and lubrication alternates with practical examples, such as mounting and dismounting bearings with the necessary auxiliary tools.
