Tool servicing and calibration
Regular servicing keeps your bearing fitting tools in good working order and extends their life. Where needed, our certified technicians repair them, then maintain and calibrate them.
Regular bearing care
If you wish, we return at agreed intervals as ongoing technical support to lubricate and change bearings across your machinery. The aim is stable operation and lower fixed costs; terms are set out in the quotation.

How much does the bearing fitting service cost?
We do not publish a price list, because the scope and conditions differ from job to job. We will give you a price in the quotation once you have described your situation in the form.
Where do you carry out the work?
We work in Poland and Germany. Please state where the machine is located in your enquiry so that we can take it into account in the quotation.
Does the machine have to be stopped for a bearing change?
Yes, a bearing cannot be fitted or removed while the machine is running. That is why we agree the date with you in advance, so that it fits your production plan.
Can you also check the condition of the machine?
Yes, as a separate service: machine condition assessment is described on our condition monitoring page. If you need both, simply mention it in the same enquiry.
What information do you need for a quotation?
Please give the machine, the bearing designation and number of bearings, the work required and where the machine is located. Details of the operating conditions help with lubricant selection. Our sales team will usually get back to you within one working day and prepare the quotation.
