Description
Tapered roller bearing 30312-A carries tapered rollers arranged in a single row between an inner and outer ring, with main dimensions to DIN 720. Bore diameter is 60.0 mm, outside diameter 130.0 mm, net mass 1.984 kg, and the limiting speed is rated at 5700.0 1/min. The bearing is separable, allowing the inner ring assembly and outer ring to be mounted independently, and it runs with a standard cage. Due to the tapered contact geometry, this bearing takes up combined radial and axial load in one direction, so a second tapered roller bearing mounted in opposition is needed to support axial load from the other side and to set the working clearance. Being separable, it simplifies mounting and dismounting and allows internal clearance to be adjusted during assembly. No lubrication or sealing is integrated, so grease or oil supply and sealing arrangements must be provided by the surrounding housing design.
