Description

This spherical roller bearing accommodates radial loads together with axial loads in both directions, using two rows of rollers guided on a spherical outer ring raceway, which allows the bearing to compensate for shaft misalignment. Main dimensions follow DIN 635-2: bore diameter 110.0 mm, outside diameter 200.0 mm, width 69.8 mm, net mass 9.557 kg. The limiting speed is 3250.0 1/min, with a reference speed of 2100.0 1/min. Design E1A gives the bearing an optimized internal geometry for load distribution across the rollers. The cage is machined, designated M, providing stable roller guidance at the stated speed range. Radial internal clearance corresponds to C3 (Group 3), which is wider than normal clearance and suits applications where operating temperature or shaft fit reduces the effective clearance in service. Lubrication follows the standard relubrication feature, and the bore type Z should be taken into account when selecting the mounting method. The bearing is supplied without seals, so external sealing and lubrication management must be provided by the surrounding construction.
