SN split plummer block housings
The same design as SNI but to DIN 736 through 739, with a tighter seat — H7 instead of H8.
The difference from SNI comes down to two things: a wider standard range and an H7 seat tolerance. A tighter seat means a more precise fit of the bearing outer ring.
That matters where the shaft has to be guided, not merely supported. For typical conveyor and fan duty SNI is enough — SN is a deliberate choice.
For fan assemblies where high speeds call for continuous lubrication, the manufacturer offers SN..VS and SN..R versions with grease regulators.
