BTL drum bearing housings
Solid GS 45 cast steel housings for conveyor drums, with a double labyrinth at both ends.
BTL housings are made from GS 45 cast steel; spheroidal or grey iron on request. They are solid housings, suited to spherical roller bearings with a cylindrical bore or on an adapter sleeve.
Depending on requirements they are supplied as locating or floating bearings.
Sealing is by a double labyrinth at both ends; the housings are designed for grease lubrication. Two grease holes sit midway between the bearings for regreasing, and the labyrinths can have separate holes.
On request a taconite seal replaces the labyrinth — for work in dust and aggregate.
