Description
This spherical roller bearing accommodates angular misalignment between shaft and housing while carrying combined radial and axial loads. It has a tapered bore (taper 1:12, bore type K) with a bore diameter of 50.0 mm, outside diameter of 110.0 mm, and width of 40.0 mm, giving a net mass of 1.84 kg. The design follows main dimensions to DIN 635-2, in the E1 execution, fitted with a JPA cage. Limiting speed is 6300 1/min, with a reference speed of 4800 1/min. The tapered bore allows mounting on a sleeve with a controlled interference fit, simplifying adjustment of the internal clearance during installation. Radial internal clearance is C3 (Group 3), providing extra clearance to compensate for interference fit and temperature-related expansion during operation. The bearing uses standard relubrication and is suited for applications where shaft deflection or misalignment must be tolerated without loss of load capacity.
