Description

This spherical roller bearing carries radial and combined loads through two rows of rollers guided on a symmetric outer ring with two ribs, allowing the inner ring to self-align relative to the outer ring under shaft deflection or housing misalignment. Bore diameter is 100.0 mm, outside diameter 180.0 mm, width 46.0 mm, and net mass is 4.941 kg. The E1A design provides an optimized internal geometry, the cage is machined brass (M), limiting speed is 4550 1/min and reference speed 3150 1/min. The C3 radial internal clearance is greater than standard, compensating for interference fits and thermal expansion during operation, which keeps the bearing properly loaded rather than pinched at running temperature. The machined brass cage supports stable roller guidance at higher speeds and under momentary shock loads, while the standard relubrication feature allows grease replenishment without dismantling. The open, unsealed design with standard bore (Z) requires external sealing and a compatible lubrication regime to be specified by the housing arrangement.
