Description

This spherical roller bearing accommodates radial loads together with angular misalignment between shaft and housing, using two rows of rollers running on a common spherical outer ring raceway. The bearing has a bore diameter of 50.0 mm, outside diameter of 90.0 mm, and width of 23.0 mm, with a net mass of 0.585 kg. The tapered bore, taper 1:12 (bore type K), allows mounting on a tapered seat or with a sleeve. Limiting speed is 9800 1/min and reference speed is 5100 1/min. The polyamide cage (JPA) reduces mass and friction, and the E1 design provides increased load carrying capacity within the same envelope dimensions. Radial internal clearance C3 (Group 3) compensates for shaft deflection and temperature-related expansion during operation, keeping the bearing functional under misalignment and thermal load. The tapered bore simplifies mounting on stepped or cylindrical shafts using an adapter sleeve, with axial displacement setting the correct clearance. Standard relubrication feature allows grease replenishment during service without dismounting the bearing.
