Description
This bearing housing carries a 55.0 mm bore diameter and is built as a four-bolt flanged design in cast iron, with a mass of 3.55 kg. It features a centring spigot for accurate positioning during installation and an eccentric locking collar for securing the bearing insert onto the shaft. The basic dynamic load rating is 46000.0 N. T seals are fitted to keep contaminants out of the bearing bore while retaining lubricant inside the housing. The eccentric locking collar allows fixing the unit at any point along the shaft without requiring a keyway, and the centring spigot supports precise alignment of the flanged mounting against the mating surface, which is useful where the mounting face itself must locate the housing accurately.
