Description
This spindle bearing carries a 25° contact angle and is supplied adjusted, for mounting in pairs or sets. Bore diameter is 50.0 mm, outside diameter 80.0 mm, width 16.0 mm, and net mass is 0.245 kg. The cage is executed in T design, and the bearing is manufactured to restricted (P4S) tolerances for precise running accuracy. The 25° contact angle allows the bearing to take up combined loads while supporting high speed operation typical of spindle applications. Restricted tolerances and pair/set adjustment let the bearing be matched to a mating partner for defined preload, which is required to keep radial and axial play under control during precise positioning. As it is supplied without sealing, external protection and lubrication arrangement must be provided in the surrounding construction.
