Shipping straight to your customer
A service for business customers. You order as usual and enter your customer's address at checkout — the parcel goes to them from our warehouse, with no stop at your place.
- 1
Tick the option in the cart
At the address step you switch on “Ship directly to my customer” and enter their address. Addresses you use often are saved to your account.
- 2
Add your order number
It goes on the document inside the parcel so your customer knows what the delivery is for.
- 3
We pack neutrally
No invoice, price list or materials of ours go into the box. Inside there are only the goods and a delivery note without prices.
- 4
The invoice goes to you
A full VAT invoice for your company, on your payment terms. Your customer sees no amounts at all.
Before you ask
- Will my customer learn about your company?
- There are no documents or materials of ours in the parcel. On the waybill we appear as the sender — the carrier requires a real sender so returns and claims have somewhere to go. The delivery note inside carries your name as the seller.
- Who pays for the shipping?
- You do, on the same terms as a delivery to your own address. What disappears is the second shipment you used to send to your customer.
- How fast does the parcel leave?
- Stock from our own warehouse ships within 24 h, orders placed before 2 p.m. — the same day. Items brought in to order follow their usual lead time.
- What about returns or claims?
- You handle them with us, as our customer. The goods come back to us — your customer does not contact us directly.
- Can I send several parcels to different addresses?
- Yes, but each address is a separate order. One order has one delivery address — otherwise shipping cannot be calculated or tracked correctly.
The service is available to business customers — verification takes one working day.
