This bearing washer provides the flat raceway surface required to complete a needle roller thrust bearing arrangement. It has a width of 5.25 mm and a net mass of 115.0 g. The washer is designed to be matched with AXK and K811 needle roller thrust assemblies, forming the axial contact surface for the rolling elements. Used together with the corresponding thrust bearing, the washer must be mounted with adequate support and correct alignment to carry axial load through the needle rollers. As a separate raceway component, it allows the mating housing or shaft face to be omitted, provided the washer surface is properly hardened and finished to accept direct rolling contact. Correct axial positioning and full support across the washer face are required for even load distribution.
