This stud type track roller guides motion by means of a solid roller stud with fixing thread and mounting aid, allowing direct bolt-on fitting without a separate axle. Internally it is a needle roller bearing with full complement needle roller set and a particularly thick-walled outer ring, outside diameter 80.0 mm, width 100.0 mm, net mass 1.597 kg. Axial guidance of the outer ring is provided by plastic axial plain washers, a contact flange and a contact washer, without eccentric collar. Three-stage sealing formed by the plastic axial plain washers (PP) on both sides keeps contaminants out and retains grease, supporting low-maintenance running with the full complement needle set. The thick-walled outer ring and solid stud construction give the roller high radial load-carrying capacity for use as a running surface where the outer ring itself contacts the track, with mounting achieved through the integrated fixing thread rather than a separate housing.
