This needle roller bearing is designed as a stud type track roller with a solid roller stud featuring a fixing thread and a mounting aid. It has an outside diameter of 32.0 mm, a width of 40.0 mm and a net mass of 111.0 g. The outer ring is particularly thick-walled and fitted with a full complement needle roller set, without an eccentric collar. Axial guidance of the outer ring is provided by plastic axial plain washers together with the contact flange and contact washer. Sealing is realized in three stages by plastic axial plain washers on both sides, marked PP, which keeps contamination away from the needle roller set while the outer ring rolls on the stud. The solid stud with fixing thread allows direct mounting without a separate axle, and the mounting aid supports correct positioning during installation. The thick-walled outer ring combined with the full complement needle roller set gives the bearing its load-carrying capacity under rolling contact along a fixed track.
