Description
This needle roller bearing carries a particularly thick-walled outer ring running on a needle roller and cage assembly, mounted on a solid roller stud with fixing thread and a mounting aid, featuring an eccentric collar. Outside diameter is 80.0 mm, width 100.0 mm, and net mass is 1.651 kg. Axial guidance of the outer ring is provided by plastic axial plain washers together with a contact flange and contact washer. Sealing is achieved through a three-stage arrangement with plastic axial plain washers on both sides, marked PP, which keeps contamination away from the raceway and needle roller set while the outer ring rotates on the stationary stud. The eccentric collar allows adjustment of the running clearance during mounting, and the solid stud construction with fixing thread simplifies installation without additional support bearing arrangements.
