Description
This needle roller bearing guides a stud-mounted roller with a single row of needle rollers and a particularly thick-walled outer ring running on a solid roller stud with fixing thread and mounting aid. Outside diameter is 80.0 mm and net mass is 1.58 kg. Axial guidance of the outer ring is provided by plastic axial plain washers together with a contact flange and contact washer, without an eccentric collar. Sealing is executed as a three-stage arrangement (PP) using plastic axial plain washers on both sides, keeping contamination out of the needle roller and cage assembly while the outer ring runs on the stud. The solid stud design with fixing thread allows direct bolted mounting, and the mounting aid supports correct positioning during installation.
