This needle roller bearing is designed as a stud type track roller with an outside diameter of 47.0 mm and a net mass of 0.371 kg. The outer ring is particularly thick-walled and runs on a needle roller and cage assembly, mounted on a solid roller stud fitted with a fixing thread and a mounting aid. Axial guidance of the outer ring is achieved through plastic axial plain washers together with a contact flange and contact washer, and the design does not include an eccentric collar. Sealing is provided in three stages by plastic axial plain washers (PP) on both sides, keeping contamination away from the raceway and needle assembly while the outer ring is free to roll under axial guidance from the plain washers and flange. The solid stud with fixing thread allows direct bolt-on mounting without a separate housing, and the mounting aid simplifies correct positioning during installation.
