The KR19-X-PP-A stud type track roller is a needle roller bearing made by INA, built as a single row needle roller and cage assembly inside a particularly thick-walled outer ring with an outside diameter of 19.0 mm. It has a solid roller stud with fixing thread and a mounting aid, net mass 27.946 g, and PP sealing applied on both sides in three stages using plastic axial plain washers. Axial guidance of the outer ring is provided by these plastic axial plain washers together with a contact flange and a contact washer, and the design has no eccentric collar. The stud with fixing thread allows the roller to be mounted directly onto a supporting structure without a separate bearing seat, while the thick-walled outer ring runs as the track surface under radial load. The three-stage PP sealing on both faces protects the needle roller and cage assembly from contamination while running, and the plastic axial plain washers keep the outer ring axially located during operation, making this KR19-X-PP-A suitable where a self-contained, sealed track roller with defined axial guidance is needed.
