The solid roller stud has a fixing thread and a mounting aid for installation, while a hexagonal socket is provided only on the flange side end face for tightening. Outside diameter is 19.0 mm and net mass is 28.307 g. Axial guidance of the outer ring is achieved through plastic axial plain washers together with a contact flange and contact washer, and sealing is realized in three stages by plastic axial plain washers (PP) fitted on both sides. The design has no eccentric collar, so it is suited for applications requiring a fixed, non-adjustable track path rather than clearance compensation. The three-stage PP sealing arrangement protects the needle roller and cage assembly from contamination on both faces, and since there is no relubrication facility, the bearing is intended to run on its initial fill for its service life. The thick-walled outer ring gives the roller surface additional resistance under rolling contact load along the guided track.
