KR16-X-PP-A is a needle roller bearing designed as a stud type track roller, built as a single row unit with a particularly thick-walled outer ring and a needle roller and cage assembly running on a solid roller stud with fixing thread and a mounting aid. Outside diameter is 16.0 mm and the unit weighs 0.017 kg. Axial guidance of the outer ring is provided by plastic axial plain washers together with a contact flange and contact washer, and sealing is realized in three stages by plastic axial plain washers fitted on both sides (PP). The stud has no eccentric collar, so it is fixed on a plain center and any positional adjustment has to be made externally rather than by rotating the roller body. The plastic axial plain washer sealing on both sides shields the needle roller and cage assembly while the outer ring rolls under axial guidance from the contact flange and washer, and the fixing thread combined with the mounting aid allows the stud to be mounted directly into a bore without additional fitting components.
