This roller guides along a track via a solid stud with fixing thread, using a single row needle roller bearing with a particularly thick-walled outer ring of 16.0 mm outside diameter and a net mass of 17.85 g. Axial guidance of the outer ring is provided by plastic axial plain washers, a contact flange and a contact washer, giving the assembly a defined running path without an eccentric collar. A mounting aid and a hexagonal socket on the flange-side end face simplify installation of the stud into the surrounding structure. Sealing is three-stage, formed by plastic axial plain washers (PP) on both sides, keeping contaminants out of the needle roller and cage assembly along the running track. There is no relubrication facility, so the bearing runs on its initial fill for the full service life. The thick-walled outer ring and solid stud design suit applications where the roller carries load directly on its outer surface while running against a fixed track or profile.
