Description
This inner ring is a separate cylindrical component designed to be mounted on the shaft as part of a needle roller bearing assembly, providing the inner running surface for the rolling elements. It is manufactured with a bore diameter of 40.0 mm and a width of 22.0 mm, with a net mass of 91.8 g, matching the XL series dimensional standard. As a standalone ring, it is used where the housing bearing already contains needle rollers and cage but requires a separate hardened inner race on the shaft. Correct fit selection on the shaft is required to secure the ring axially and maintain the proper running clearance for the mating needle roller and cage assembly.
