Description

This split plummer block housing accommodates self-aligning ball or spherical roller bearings mounted on a 30 mm shaft, following the DIN 736 to 739 construction standard. The design consists of a two-part housing base and cap, allowing the bearing insert to be fitted without axial displacement along the shaft during assembly. The SN 306 housing is intended exclusively for grease lubrication, with no provision for oil supply. The split construction and self-aligning bearing seat accommodate shaft misalignment during operation. Dimensionally and constructionally interchangeable options include SKF SE 306, SKF SNA 306, SKF SNH 306, SKF SNL 306, and Timken SNT 306.
